Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Manager Treasury to join our Treasury Operations -Global Finance Services Division.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role within the Global Treasury team, supporting the Centre of Excellence. The incumbent would lead a team of professionals while driving excellence in Treasury Operations, cash management, and process optimization across a global environment

The preference for this role is to be based out of Bangalore, KA-India

What you will do 

• Oversee and manage day-to-day Global Treasury Operations activities
• Implement and strengthen cash management best practices and internal controls
• Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams
• Ensure accuracy, precision, and compliance across all treasury processes
• Apply cash management principles to effectively manage liquidity inflows and outflows
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across treasury processes
• Collaborate effectively with global business units and cross-functional teams

• Microsoft 0ffice365: strong knowledge of main applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Power BI…)
• This position requires candidate to work a 5-day -a -week schedule in the office

Others:

• Work Timings- 6:00PM -3.00 AM IST (America Shift)
• Moderate travel required (between 0% to 5% of working time).

• Treasury Operations management

• Hands-on experience with:
  • Treasury Management Systems (e.g., Quantum)
  • Payment platforms (e.g., TRAX, Payment Hub, bank portals)
• Experience working within a Shared Services or Center of Excellence environment
