As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves examining the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together. This role requires evaluating the existing business model and how it aligns with technological solutions. The day includes identifying the needs of customers, envisioning improved future states or solutions, and conducting thorough research to collect and integrate relevant information. The Business Analyst plays a key role in bridging gaps between current practices and desired outcomes by carefully analyzing and designing effective business processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Support the development and implementation of business strategies by providing detailed analysis and insights.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of business analysis practices and project requirements.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively gather and convey information across diverse teams.
- Ability to document and model business processes clearly and accurately.
- Experience in stakeholder management and requirement elicitation techniques.
- Competence in using tools and methodologies for business process analysis and solution design.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
