This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 600000 - Rs 1000000 (ie INR 6 - 10 LPA) Experience: 4+ yrs Location: Visakhapatnam Job Type: full-time Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business needs and requirements.
Work with stakeholders to maintain and prioritize the requirements backlog.
Convert business requirements into comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria.
Ensure the engineering team fully comprehends the requirements and acceptance criteria.
Serve as the main contact for clarifying requirements and coordinating delivery.
Plan, oversee, and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones.
Organize and lead regular project meetings, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Identify potential project risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies.
Provide regular updates on project status to all stakeholders.
Guarantee that projects are completed on schedule and within the defined scope.
Define user acceptance criteria and collaborate with QA teams to ensure comprehensive testing and quality assurance.
Continuously look for ways to enhance processes and increase efficiency.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or similar position within a software development setting.
Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
Capability to adopt an end-user perspective and translate business needs into actionable requirements.
Strong skills in organization and prioritization, with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
Preferred Skills: Experience working in small businesses or startup environments.
Technical knowledge or understanding of software development processes.
