- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives by providing detailed business insights.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Property and Casualty Insurance.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication abilities to effectively convey findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
- Experience in gathering and synthesizing information from multiple sources to support decision-making.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive consensus and achieve project goals.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Property and Casualty Insurance.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
