An Ideal Candidate:

Experience

• 6–8 years of full‑stack development experience
• Strong hands‑on expertise in React, Node.js, JavaScript
• Ownership of medium to large‑scale modules or full applications

Technical Strengths

• Relational databases: PostgreSQL / Oracle / MariaDB (schema design, query optimisation)
• Cloud‑native development on AWS
• Observability, monitoring, and performance tuning in production systems
• Experience using AI‑assisted tools (GitHub Copilot, IDE AI plugins)

Ways of Working

• Comfortable mentoring junior engineers
• Active participant in Agile (Scrum/Kanban)
• Strong problem‑solving, debugging, and stakeholder communication skills

Key Competencies:

Lead the design and architecture of core modules and microservices, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

Provide technical leadership by mentoring junior engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and hands-on guidance.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and cross‑functional teams to convert business needs into robust technical solutions.

Own end‑to‑end feature delivery—from design and development to deployment, monitoring, and production support.

Build and maintain high‑quality web applications using React, Node.js, JavaScript, and cloud platforms (AWS or equivalents).

Contribute to and shape the technical roadmap, balancing innovation with platform stability and long‑term maintainability.

Drive DevOps, automation, observability, and performance optimisation initiatives across the engineering stack.

Identify system bottlenecks and propose architectural improvements using modern practices such as microservices and serverless.

Leverage Generative AI and AI‑assisted development tools to improve developer productivity and product quality.
