Quantity Surveyor – Full-Time (Remote Support)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to provide full-time remote support for our ongoing and upcoming projects. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with engineering or consulting firms and be well-versed in cost estimation, BOQs, tendering, and project cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage project cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
• Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQs) from drawings and specifications.
• Evaluate and prepare tender and contract documentation.
• Monitor project costs and perform cost control and reporting.
• Liaise with project engineers, architects, and clients to ensure cost-effective execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4–6 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel, CostX, Candy, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Saudi market rates and construction practices.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Prior experience supporting remote or international teams is a plus.
