RUWA is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong expertise in budgeting, costing, and estimation to support our ongoing and upcoming construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for various project stages
· Monitor project budgets and track cost variations
· Analyze and validate subcontractor quotations and cost proposals
· Collaborate with engineering and procurement teams to ensure cost efficiency
· Assist in tendering processes and cost reporting
Requirements:
· Minimum 10-15 years of experience in quantity surveying
· Proven track record in budget preparation, cost control, and estimation
· Strong analytical and numerical skills
· Proficient in MS Excel and relevant QS software
· Background in building construction projects preferred
