Growth Hacker & Appointment Setter (Video Editing + Sales) – High Earnings Potential

ChartCues is a rising leader in elite stock market analysis and coaching. We have a goldmine of raw trading setups, winning results, and daily coaching footage. We are looking for a "Complete Package" specialist based in Jordan to turn this material into a viral growth engine and a high-conversion sales funnel.

Your responsibilities:

This is not a typical social media management job. You will be responsible for the entire journey from content creation to booking the deal.

• Daily Video Alchemy: Every morning, you’ll receive fresh trading/coaching footage. You must extract the best educational and viral moments for X (Twitter), TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• English Community Engagement: You will represent ChartCues in English-speaking stock groups. You must use "market-literate" English (Bullish, Bearish, Break-outs, etc.) to engage and build trust with traders.
• Appointment Setting: You are the bridge. You will hunt for high-intent leads in comments and DMs, qualify them, and book appointments for the Founder to close.
• Performance Marketing: you will track the performance real-time alerts, turning our results into marketing assets that prove our value.
• Operations & Funnels: Manage lead magnets, follow-up email sequences, subscriber billing inquiries, and perform basic marketing updates to the website.

Schedule & Location

• Location: Remote (Must be based in Jordan).
• Work Days: Monday – Saturday.
• Hours: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM (Jordan Time).
• Break: 1-hour flexible daily break at your own discretion.

💰 Compensation & Earnings Potential:

We use a "Draw against Commission" structure. This provides the security of a high base salary with the uncapped upside of a growth partner.

• Guaranteed Monthly Base: $600 USD (Paid regardless of sales).
• Acquisition Bonus: $25 USD for every new monthly paid subscriber.
• Retention Bonus: $10 USD every month that subscriber remains active.

How the "Draw" works: You are always paid the highest of the two totals. If your commissions for the month equal $1,200, you get $1,200. If your commissions are $400, you still get your guaranteed $600.

Earnings Scenario: A high-performer maintaining 100 active subscribers and bringing in 20 new ones per month will earn $2,100+ USD per month.

Requirements:

• Video Mastery: Expert-level editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, etc.) with a portfolio to prove it.
• Sales Instinct: Proven experience in appointment setting or DM lead conversion.
• English Proficiency: Strong written English is essential for engaging with global stock communities.
• Stock Market Interest: A passion or understanding of trading is a massive advantage.
• Self-Starter: You don’t wait for instructions; you see a winning stock result and turn it into a marketing win immediately.
