Job description

Company: Elevayz LLC Website: Elevayz.io Location: Remote Type: Full-Time Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

About Us

Elevayz is a US-based e-commerce operations company that manages and grows brands on Amazon. We are looking for an experienced Amazon Brand Manager to take full ownership of day-to-day operations and long-term growth strategy for our brands.

This is a hands-on role for someone who has managed brand-side Amazon accounts — not just executed tasks within one. You should be comfortable owning the full picture: listings, advertising, inventory, brand protection, and reporting. If you thrive working independently and want real ownership over the brands you manage, this is the role.

What You'll Own

Listing & Catalog Management — Optimize all product listings including titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ Content, and backend search terms. Manage catalog updates, variation strategy, and new product launches. Monitor and resolve listing suppression, policy violations, and catalog errors.

Advertising & Promotions — Build, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) to hit target ACoS and TACOS goals. Plan and execute promotional strategies including coupons, Lightning Deals, and seasonal campaigns. Track performance and deliver regular reporting with actionable insights.

Brand Protection & Account Health — Monitor for unauthorized sellers, hijackers, and counterfeit issues. Manage Brand Registry, Transparency program enrollment, and IP enforcement. Maintain account health metrics and proactively address flags or policy warnings.

Inventory & Operations — Coordinate with supply chain and prep center teams to maintain inventory levels and ensure shipments are created on time. Monitor FBA inventory health, stranded inventory, and restock recommendations. Support FBM fulfillment workflows as needed.

Reporting & Strategy — Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports covering sales, advertising, organic rankings, and key KPIs. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer reviews to identify growth opportunities. Develop and execute a brand growth roadmap aligned with company goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon brand accounts (Seller Central required, Vendor Central a plus)
  • Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, A9/COSMO algorithm, and listing optimization best practices
  • Proven track record managing and scaling Amazon PPC campaigns profitably
  • Experience with Brand Registry, Transparency, Project Zero, or similar brand protection tools
  • Familiarity with inventory management, FBA shipment workflows, and supply chain coordination
  • Comfortable pulling insights from Seller Central reports, Brand Analytics, and third-party tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter who can work independently and take ownership without needing to be micromanaged

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing a Shopify store or DTC channel alongside Amazon
  • Experience in the health, wellness, or supplements category
  • Knowledge of Amazon DSP or external traffic strategies

What We Offer

  • Full-time remote position with flexible hours (some overlap with US Eastern time required)
  • Real autonomy and decision-making authority over the brands you manage
  • A small, fast-moving team where your work directly impacts the bottom line
  • Room to grow into a leadership role as the brands scale
