About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Nurse to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality patient care in both ICU and Emergency settings, ensuring compliance with DHA and MOH regulations. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, maintaining the highest standards of safety and clinical excellence. Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs in ICU and Emergency units
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and patient safety
Respond promptly to critical situations, performing life-saving procedures following ACLS and BLS protocols
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and allied health professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and care activities
Ensure strict adherence to infection control policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
Educate patients and families on care plans, medication administration, and post-discharge instructions
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and nursing audits to enhance patient outcomes

Required Qualifications:
Valid DHA Licensed Nurse registration
Valid MOH Licensed Nurse registration
2 to 8 years of clinical nursing experience with at least 2 years in ICU or Emergency departments
Proficiency in ICU procedures and emergency care protocols
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Ability to work effectively under high-pressure and rapidly changing conditions
Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Additional certification in Critical Care (CCRN) or Emergency Nursing (CEN)
Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
Fluency in Arabic or other regional languages
Participation in professional nursing organizations
Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, or preceptorship experience
