About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our team in Dubai. In this entry-level role, you will support the development and implementation of compliance programs, conduct internal audits, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to foster a culture of integrity and risk awareness.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures
Monitor changes in local and international regulations and assess impact on company operations
Conduct risk assessments and internal audits to identify potential compliance gaps
Collaborate with business units to implement corrective actions and ensure timely resolution of issues
Support corporate governance activities, including board reporting and committee meetings
Prepare compliance reports and present findings to senior management
Deliver compliance awareness training to employees
Maintain accurate documentation of compliance activities and audit trails
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, law or related field
0–1 years of experience in regulatory compliance, risk management or internal auditing
Knowledge of UAE regulatory frameworks and international compliance standards
Understanding of risk management principles and internal audit methodologies
Familiarity with corporate governance best practices
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset
Demonstrated ethics, integrity and professional conduct
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional certification (e.g., ACAMS, CIA or equivalent)
Experience or internship in a financial services or corporate environment
Familiarity with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) regulations
Proficiency in Arabic and English
Basic data analytics or compliance monitoring tool experience
