I have a collection of PDFs that need to be re-typed accurately into an editable format. The source files vary—some are clean scans, others contain tables and subsections—so I need someone who can handle straightforward text as well as the occasional layout element.
You’ll receive the PDFs and type everything verbatim, double-checking for spelling, punctuation, and line breaks so the final document mirrors the original content. I’m flexible on the output: Word (.docx), Google Docs, or plain text all work, as long as the result is clean and ready for quick search and edits on my end.
If you spot obvious typos in the source, flag them; otherwise keep the wording exactly as printed. Consistent fonts and headings are appreciated, but no elaborate styling is necessary beyond what appears in the PDF.
Please let me know your turnaround time for roughly 25 pages and any relevant experience with similar transcription or data-entry projects.
