Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage vendor registrations and prequalification with contractors, consultants, developers, and interior design companies.
  • Coordinate product approval submissions and follow up with consultants.
  • Prepare and submit technical documents, catalogs, certifications, and compliance records.
  • Maintain registration portals and ensure company information remains up to date.
  • Liaise with the sales, technical, and estimating teams to support project opportunities.
  • Track approval status and maintain a database of registrations and consultant approvals.
  • Coordinate renewals of vendor registrations and required certifications.


Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Businees Administration, Civil Engineering or Machanical Engineering or a related field.

Strong understanding of construction processes and materials (e.g., Cable tray managment system, Entrance Mat, Stair Nosing, Expansion Joints, Movement Joints & Tile Trim etc.).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

English, Urdu or Arabic speaking preferred.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
