• Support invoicing and WIP reduction by resolving common operational requests (e.g., discounts, invoice reversals, kilometres corrections, package maintenance, order adjustments, and time clocking issues).
• Create and maintain PDI packages and resolve PDI (pre delivery inspection) package creation issues to support workshop readiness and delivery processes.
• Maintain and validate SAP master data and backend tables to ensure accurate system integration and dependable reporting.
• Maintain masters for appointment booking and time clocking systems to enable efficient workshop scheduling and productivity tracking.

• Added advantage: Advanced Excel (PivotTables, Power Query, VBA), dashboarding (Power BI or similar), and strong data interpretation skills.
About the team
You’ll join the National Aftersales Department in Dubai, partnering closely with branch service teams, Aftersales Planning, Finance and EIT. The team’s focus is to ensure Aftersales operations run smoothly across the network—supported by reliable systems, clean data, and performance visibility that enables better decision-making.
