Key Responsibilities:


  • Daily Route planning of the delivery fleet.
  • Co-ordinate distribution, drivers and helpers’ requirements to meet delivery needs.
  • Maintain delivery schedules and track deliveries to ensure client needs are met.
  • Update and provide delivery tracking information for vehicles, goods, drivers and helpers.
  • Report driver issues such as accidents, safety concerns, or licensing issues.
  • Direct, investigate, verify and resolve customer complaints, road accidents / incidents or any other unplanned event.
  • To maintain the health and safety of the distribution team.
  • Keep record of drivers and other staff (License copy /ID card / Health certificate Etc.).
  • Assign drivers to deliveries, handle customer complaints, and investigate delivery issues, including returns, late or miss deliveries
  • Manage shift deliveries against agreed service standards and operational KPIs
  • Ensure all client request are met accurately and within the time scale set.
  • Ensure POD’s are properly acknowledged by customers and handover to accounts department on daily basis
  • Ensure proper reporting of the activities of the shift
