We are seeking a confident and customer‑focused Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, provide product/service information, and maintain strong customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to meet targets.

Excellent Communication Skills – Clear, confident, and professional phone communication; English required (Arabic is a plus).
Customer Handling – Ability to manage inbound/outbound calls, understand customer needs, and maintain a positive experience.
Lead Generation – Skilled in identifying prospects, qualifying leads, and converting inquiries into opportunities.
Sales & Persuasion Ability – Strong convincing skills, objection handling, and ability to promote products/services effectively.
CRM & Data Entry – Accurate updating of customer records, call logs, and follow‑up details in CRM or Excel.
Target‑Driven – Comfortable working with daily/weekly call targets and performance KPIs.
Problem‑Solving – Quick thinker with the ability to resolve customer concerns or escalate when needed.
Time Management – Efficient in handling high call volumes, follow‑ups, and multitasking.
Professional Etiquette – Polite, disciplined, and able to represent the company professionally on every call.
