Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and convert customers in private domain channels (WeChat, communities, mini-programs, etc.) to achieve sales targets.
- Enhance user engagement and repurchase rates through personalized operations (content informing, 1V1 communication, etc.)
- Analyze user behavior data to develop marketing strategies and optimize conversion paths.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to design campaigns and expand user base.
- Collect customer feedback and provide actionable insights for product/service improvement.
Qualifications:
- Education: College degree or above, preferably in Marketing, E-commerce, or Business Management.
Experience Requirements:
- 2+ years in private domain operations, community sales, or CRM;
- Industry experience in beauty, education.
Skills:
- Proficient in WeCom, SCRM tools (e.g., Weimob, Youzan), and data analysis tools.
- Strong communication and user insight skills to close sales independently;
- Data-driven mindset with a results-oriented approach.
