We are seeking a Senior Technical Sales Manager specialized in fire protection systems and control valves, responsible for developing sales across Europe and the Middle East.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in technical sales of fire protection and hydraulic solutions, combining strong knowledge of fire water systems, sprinkler and deluge applications, with proven commercial skills in industrial and infrastructure markets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage sales of control valves and hydraulic solutions for fire protection systems to industrial clients, EPC contractors, fire protection installers, specialized distributors, and system integrators.
Identify new market opportunities in sectors such as industry, energy, data centers, infrastructure, petrochemical, mining, and critical facilities.
Establish and develop strategic partnerships with fire protection contractors, engineering firms, and EPC companies in the region.
Provide technical and commercial support to customers, from the specification and design phase through commissioning of fire protection systems.
Collaborate with engineering, application, and production teams to ensure proposed solutions meet customer requirements and fire protection standards.
Manage commercial negotiations, secure orders, and achieve sales targets while developing key accounts.
Participate in fire protection trade shows, customer visits, and regional business development activities.
Monitor market developments, industry standards (NFPA, FM, UL), competitor activity, and technological trends in the fire protection sector.
Candidate Profile
Technical degree (engineering or equivalent) in mechanical engineering, hydraulics, process engineering, instrumentation, or fire protection engineering.
Minimum 10–15 years of experience in technical sales of fire protection equipment, such as:
Proven experience in Europe and/or Middle East markets.
Strong understanding of hydraulic applications in fire protection systems, including:
Ability to interact with engineering consultants, fire protection designers, EPC contractors, and industrial operators.
Excellent negotiation and business development skills.
Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
