We are hiring a full time Automation Specialist to join our team and help us deliver client projects.
Role Overview
You will build and maintain automated workflows for our clients using Zapier, Make, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and AI tools. You will work closely with senior team members on every project and own real client work from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Build multi step automations in Zapier and Make
Integrate Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Gmail, Google Sheets, OneDrive, Google Drive, WhatsApp, and other business tools
Connect AI models to client workflows for tasks such as document processing, data extraction, and reply classification
Generate branded PDFs using document automation tools
Test, debug, and document every automation before delivery
Monitor live client systems and resolve errors quickly
Help maintain client documentation
Support new client onboarding sessions
Required Qualifications
1 to 3 years of professional experience with Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar automation platforms
Strong Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills including formulas, lookups, and data validation
Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and reading basic JSON
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent written English communication
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration
Knowledge of Claude API or OpenAI API integrations
Familiarity with document generation platforms
Background in operations or RPA tools
