UHNWI Client Acquisition ("Hunting"): Proactively identify, target, and acquire new Ultra-High Net Worth Individual clients across Europe and the Middle East to significantly grow Assets Under Management (AUM).Relationship Management & Portfolio Growth ("Farming"): Cultivate and expand relationships with existing UHNWI clients, providing comprehensive wealth management solutions and ensuring portfolio growth.Tailored Financial Solutions: Design and implement bespoke investment strategies that align with the unique financial goals, risk profiles, and liquidity requirements of UHNWI clients.Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure strict adherence to all internal policies, compliance frameworks, and relevant regulatory requirements in the jurisdictions of operation.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams and product specialists to deliver seamless client service and leverage the firm's full suite of offerings.




Profile


Possesses 7+ years of progressive wealth management experience, specifically with a proven track record in managing and growing UHNWI client relationships.Demonstrates exceptional ability in both "hunting" (acquiring new UHNWI clients) and "farming" (deepening existing client relationships) to expand AUM.Holds relevant financial qualifications (e.g., CFA, CISI, CFP, or equivalent) and a strong understanding of complex financial strategies for UHNWIs.Is highly knowledgeable about global economic trends, market developments, and relevant regulatory requirements across European and Middle Eastern jurisdictions.Exhibits outstanding interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to build long-term trust-based relationships within a dynamic and competitive international environment.
