Job description

KAF Contracting L.L.C S.O.C, is one of the most respected global engineering, construction companies, and a cornerstone of innovation in the industry. KAF Contracting has since inception gained experience and earned recognition in execution of numerous projects in UAE currently looking for the Senior Quantity Surveyor.


  1. Review conditions of contract of Tenders and advise on possible risks.
  2. Review and respond to the Client’s Letters of Award/Acceptance/Intention.
  3. Negotiate and agree with the Client the terms and conditions of the contract prior to signing of the contract.
  4. Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely provision and submission of required performance and advance payment guarantees in accordance with the contract.
  5. Follow up and ensure timely provision and submission of the insurance policies in accordance with the requirements of the contract.
  6. Follow up with the Project Managers for necessary contractual actions.
  7. Review and finalize contractual correspondence, notices, claims, major variations and new rates.
  8. Supervise and monitor the quantity survey works of the Projects and provide necessary guidance, assistance and advice to the quantity survey team.
  9. Prepare of claims and variations submissions.



Skills
