Job description
Senior Procurement Administrator
- Implement the procurement documentation cycle according to the SAP system for all transactions
- Prepare tenders and auctions based on transactions
- Prepare and update the procurement and contracts department's regulations
- Follow up and evaluate returned materials from government departments and entities, and prepare auctions for their sale
- Monitor the local market for the latest products, available alternatives, and new suppliers; register them in the supplier registry; and provide advice and guidance to procurement officers in government departments when requesting specific materials and proposing alternatives
Receive, review, follow up, and complete procurement operations, whether:
a. Internal purchases (for the Finance Department)
b. External purchases (for other departments)
