Job description

Senior Procurement Administrator


  1. Implement the procurement documentation cycle according to the SAP system for all transactions
  2. Prepare tenders and auctions based on transactions
  3. Prepare and update the procurement and contracts department's regulations
  4. Follow up and evaluate returned materials from government departments and entities, and prepare auctions for their sale
  5. Monitor the local market for the latest products, available alternatives, and new suppliers; register them in the supplier registry; and provide advice and guidance to procurement officers in government departments when requesting specific materials and proposing alternatives

Receive, review, follow up, and complete procurement operations, whether:

  a. Internal purchases (for the Finance Department)

  b. External purchases (for other departments)
