Key Responsibilities:

1.Oversee and manage the general ledger accounting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP/IFRS.

2.Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations for month-end and year-end close.

3.Maintain the chart of accounts and ensure proper classification of transactions.

4.Conduct variance analysis on balance sheet and income statement accounts.

5.Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

6.Collaborate with auditors for financial audits and internal controls compliance.

7.Assist in tax compliance by providing necessary financial data and supporting documentation.

8.Implement and enhance accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.

9.Work closely with cross-functional teams to support operational finance needs.

10.Provide support on ERP system implementation, upgrades, and process automation.

11.Supports in budgeting, and forecasting.

12.Conduct variance analysis between actual results and budgets/forecasts, identifying key drivers.

13.Support long-term financial planning, including cash flow forecasting.

14.Partner with business units to analyze profitability, cost structures, and margin optimization.

15.Assist in the development of board reports, and management reports.

16.Evaluate and optimize financial processes, driving automation and efficiency improvements.

17.Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate financial data for reporting.



Requirements

1.Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as required.

2.Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA, CA, ACCA, or CMA preferred).

3.5+ years of experience in similar roles.
