Job description

A construction company in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Secretarial Clerk who is responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support the activities of the Company. These include:

  • preparing and organizing documents, files and records of the Company;
  • assisting the preparation of reports and presentations;
  • maintaining company documentation filings and records in systematic approach;
  • assisting the processing of customer orders and payments;
  • assisting the processing of supplier and subcontractor orders and payments;
  • responding to the outsiders’ inquiries;
  • coordinate with project team(s) to support their administrative and clerical needs;
  • providing other general administrative and clerical supports as the Company thinks fit.

This position requires 6 days work per week, from Monday to Saturday.
