Collate and review daily work orders from the sales team, including GTVs and PDI requests, and forward them to relevant departments.
Supervise and verify sales team documentation, ensuring all paperwork is complete and accurate before submission.
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports to the line manager.
Oversee showroom product displays, promotional setups, and general upkeep to ensure an inviting and professional customer environment.
Ensure compliance with brand standards in terms of merchandising, cleanliness, and overall customer experience.
Ensure that all sales activities comply with the company’s Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System (QHSEMS).
Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the line manager, consistent with the role and capabilities.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: Minimum 5 years of automotive sales experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
Driving License: Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Language: Fluency in English; Arabic speaking is an advantage.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the UAE automotive market, showroom operations, and vehicle sales processes.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and reporting abilities.
Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
