Job description

The Sales Property Consultant role in Dubai offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about real estate and sales. This position involves working closely with clients to understand their property needs and providing tailored solutions. As a Sales Property Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, or renting process, ensuring a seamless experience. The dynamic real estate market in Dubai presents unique challenges and opportunities, making this role both rewarding and demanding.

Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with clients to assess their property requirements and preferences.
  2. Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends and pricing.
  3. Prepare and present property listings to potential buyers or renters.
  4. Negotiate property deals and contracts on behalf of clients.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying or renting process.
  6. Maintain and update client databases and property listings.
  7. Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including appraisers and inspectors.
  8. Attend property showings and open houses to showcase listings.
  9. Develop marketing strategies to attract potential buyers or renters.
  10. Stay informed about local regulations and market conditions affecting real estate transactions.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  6. Proficiency in using real estate software and CRM systems.
  7. Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and regulations.
  8. Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  9. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  10. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
