Position Overview: As a Kitchen Equipment Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in our sales team, focusing on selling commercial kitchen appliances to hotels, caterers, and cloud kitchens. Additionally, you will be responsible for securing business for annual maintenance contracts for kitchen appliance maintenance and commissioning services. Your primary objective will be to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Responsibilities:
Sales Generation: Identify and approach potential clients in the hospitality industry, including hotels, caterers, and cloud kitchens, to promote and sell our range of commercial kitchen appliances and equipment.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their business needs and providing customized solutions to meet their requirements.
Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our product offerings, including commercial kitchen appliances such as ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, and cooking equipment, and effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients.
Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present proposals and quotations to clients, outlining the specifications of the equipment, pricing details, and terms of sale, with the aim of securing orders and contracts.
Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs): Promote and sell annual maintenance contracts for kitchen appliance maintenance and commissioning services, ensuring clients understand the value and benefits of regular maintenance for their equipment.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, providing insights and recommendations to the sales team to help drive sales strategies and initiatives.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, sales orders, and revenue generated, and provide regular reports to management on sales performance and progress towards targets.
