A strategic role to implement 'Beyond Gas Initiative' in Emirates Gas for marketing of LPG accessories & Agency Sales items to local and international LPG Contractors and customers in EMGAS marketing territories.
Supply Management and Product Development
Identifies introduction of new products via. Inter-actions with Original Equipment
Manufacturers (OEM) during seminars, exhibitions and business meetings
Coordinates with OEMs for receiving product samples, technical details and involve operations team for technical evaluation
Negotiates with OEMs for special and competitive pricing to market their products Liaise with Dubai Civil Defense Department and other government agencies to obtain necessary approvals towards product certifications
Directly communicates with the freight forwarders for getting competitive quotes, originates necessary purchase requisitions for both inward and outward freight movements.
Generates Purchase Requisitions on Beyond Gas OEMs and other suppliers
Monitors inventory of physical stock and place orders for replenishment Sales and Customers Relationship Management
Maintains product knowledge and competitive industry information through customer meetings, interactions and gather competitor activities
Achieve the budgeted sales volume and income for the Beyond Gas products and equipment
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
After sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and responds to inquiries from existing and prospective customers
Ensures prompt response and resolution to customer complaints in order to manage customer satisfaction and focuses on continual improvement Seeks technical clarifications from/to customers & manufacturers
Increases profitability through management of margins and price negotiation with customers within the given bands
Generates Performa Invoices through Customer Profile & Order Processing S stem CPOP
Reviews and analyses customer's procurement pattern and follow-up with them on regular basis for improving sales turnover
Develops MOUs and Distributorship Agreement in consultation with concerned dept.
Authorizes IT staff to update Customer Profiles, Products and price bands in Customer Profile and Order Processing (CPOP) Financials
Ensures issuance of invoice and delivery orders to customers
Tracks credit history of customers, maintain follow-ups for payment and reconcile customer accounts e Maintains records of transaction history with OEMs
Environment, Health Safety and Quality
Knows the Company's and Environment, Health & Safety Policy, Procedures,
Regulations and Objectives as they relate to his / her area of responsibility and ensure that they are effectively implemented in his / her domain. Ensures by appropriate monitoring and review, the work under his control is performed in a safe and environmentally sound manner
Graduate in any discipline with minimum 4 to 5 years' experience in dealing with customers / customer relations in sales, marketing, accounting, services-oriented industry
Should have good command over spoken / written communication in English. Multilingual conversational ability in other languages would be an added advantage.
Having UAE valid driving license
Good PC and Analytical skills: MS Word, Excel, Oracle (Finance) etc. is essential.
Should be polite natured, have a good aptitude for listening and learning new skills and customer friendly
