Collaborate with the sales team to transition qualified leads smoothly into the next stage of the sales process.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities or potential risks.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM.
Track performance metrics, lead conversion rates, and report regularly on progress.
Skills
Minimum of 4 years of experience in soft furnishing sales within the commercial and hospitality sectors, with a strong focus on luxury products.
Demonstrated success in managing and expanding business through established relationships with consultants, architects, interior designers, and contractors.
Proven track record of generating leads, developing business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills, especially in the design and architecture community.
Experience with sales across different industries or markets is an advantage.
Solid understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitor strategies in the fabric or interiors industry.
