Job description

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, consultants and contractors.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads through research, cold calling, networking, and industry events.
  • Initiate contact with potential clients through phone, email, or in-person meetings to introduce company products and services.
  • Engage prospects in consultative conversations to understand their needs, pain points, and project requirements.
  • Schedule and conduct product demonstrations, presentations, or meetings to advance sales opportunities.
  • Provide timely follow-ups with prospects to address inquiries, objections, or provide additional information.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to transition qualified leads smoothly into the next stage of the sales process.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities or potential risks.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM.
  • Track performance metrics, lead conversion rates, and report regularly on progress.
