Veridian Immigration Services, a licensed Dubai-based immigration consultancy and manpower supply agency, is looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our growing team. We specialize in European work visa placements (Poland, Latvia, Albania, Serbia, Czech Republic, Hungary, North Macedonia), study visas, and worldwide visit visas, serving candidates primarily from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and the Philippines.

As a Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for candidates and corporate clients exploring our visa services — guiding them from initial inquiry through to a signed agreement, and helping grow Veridian's candidate pipeline across our partner destinations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to inbound leads via WhatsApp, phone, and email, and convert inquiries into paying clients
• Clearly explain visa packages, processing timelines, and fee structures to prospective candidates
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, referral partners, and corporate clients
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and conversion goals
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM
• Coordinate with the processing team to ensure a smooth handover after a client signs
• Represent Veridian professionally at outreach events, partner meetings, and community activities

Working Hours: Sunday–Thursday, 9 AM–6 PM
