Lead, mentor and inspire the store team. Full responsibility for staff schedules, training and onboarding. Communicates store targets to the team and drives sales to achieve financial objectives
Ensure excellent customer service is always provided by staff. Address enquiries, resolve complaints, and foster a welcoming environment. Build strong relationships with customers to promote brand loyalty.
Capture and maintain customer data to enable targeted marketing efforts, fostering customer engagement, and building a loyal customer base
Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and adherence to brand standards.
Manage inventory levels and work closely with warehouse team on stock replenishment.
Tracks and evaluates brand sales performance, research market trends and competitor trading activities to identify critical business factors and propose action plans to management increase sales and profitability
Constantly offer innovative approaches to attract new customers, expand store reach, and enhance profitability.
Responsible for ensuring the store adheres to all UAE liquor licensing regulations and health & safety standards.

Essential Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years management experience in a high footfall, fast paced environment (liquor or FMCG preferred)
Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities; capable of managing, developing and inspiring a multicultural team
Excellent customer service, problem-solving and communication skills.
Strong analytical skills; experienced in preparing detailed sales and operational reports to inform business strategy
Detail-oriented with strong forecasting skills to maintain optimal inventory levels at all times.
Tech-savvy: experienced with POS systems and reporting tools
