Job Brief:
High Class Travel Experiences is seeking an experienced and organized Reservations & Operations Supervisor to lead and oversee the full scope of our travel logistics and supplier partnerships. The ideal candidate will manage and supervise all reservations, operational workflows, supplier relations, and service delivery for our luxury travel clientele.
This role demands a detail-oriented professional with strong leadership skills, negotiation experience, and the ability to manage complex itineraries and daily operations — including hotel bookings, service coordination, transportation, and tour logistics. The manager will also ensure seamless communication with suppliers, drivers, and guides while maintaining our brand’s premium service standards.

- Attending and following up with the supplier’s activities and itinerary
- Extra activities scheduling and booking
- Follow up with the driver
- Follow up with guides

- Contract, negotiation, partnership, and renew of suppliers

Skills
We're looking for a candidate who has the following skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in bookings
- Experience in luxury travel operations and client service
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Supplier and partner relationship management
- Team leadership and workflow supervision
- Familiarity with booking systems and Microsoft Office
- Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure
- Knowledge of UAE/GCC tourism and luxury experiences
- Fleet and driver coordination experience
