Reservations & Operations Supervisor

Job Brief:

High Class Travel Experiences is seeking an experienced and organized Reservations & Operations Supervisor to lead and oversee the full scope of our travel logistics and supplier partnerships. The ideal candidate will manage and supervise all reservations, operational workflows, supplier relations, and service delivery for our luxury travel clientele.

This role demands a detail-oriented professional with strong leadership skills, negotiation experience, and the ability to manage complex itineraries and daily operations — including hotel bookings, service coordination, transportation, and tour logistics. The manager will also ensure seamless communication with suppliers, drivers, and guides while maintaining our brand’s premium service standards.

• Revise and double-check reservations and tickets made by the reservation team
• Drivers and the company’s car management
• Tour guide relations, booking the tours by e-mail, and sending the confirmation and vouchers
• Tickets Purchases

Suppliers

• Attending and following up with the supplier’s activities and itinerary
• Extra activities scheduling and booking
• Follow up with the driver
• Follow up with guides
• Follow up with suppliers
• Contract, negotiation, partnership, and renew of suppliers
