Overview:
This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain practical experience in a fast-paced, commercial environment. You will receive training and direct exposure to client management, candidate sourcing, and the full recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities


  • Sourcing and screening candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases
  • Conducting initial candidate calls and interviews
  • Writing and posting job advertisements
  • Coordinating interviews between candidates and clients
  • Supporting senior consultants with live roles
  • Maintaining and updating candidate records in the CRM system
  • Assisting with business development research and market mapping

Requirements:
