We are looking for a professional and well-presented Receptionist to join a high-end office/showroom environment.
The role includes welcoming and greeting customers, answering calls and messages, managing appointments, assisting visitors, maintaining front-desk organization, and supporting daily administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate should be polite, organized, confident, and able to communicate professionally with clients and team members.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of receptionist, front-desk, or customer service experience. Good English communication skills are required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel, is important. Basic CRM experience is preferred.
