Job description
1. Client Consultation & Relationship Building
- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients' investment goals and lifestyle preferences.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through consistent follow-up and market updates.
- Provide personalized property recommendations based on client needs.
2. Off-Plan Property Expertise
- Stay up to date with all current and upcoming off-plan projects across top developers in Dubai (Emaar, Nakheel, Ellington, Sobha, etc.).
- Understand and communicate payment plans, project timelines, master plans, floor layouts, and ROI potential.
- Explain legal processes and documentation involved in off-plan transactions (SPAs, DLD regulations, etc.).
3. Sales & Negotiation
- Present project details effectively and convincingly during in-person meetings, calls, or virtual sessions.
- Negotiate with developers to secure the best terms and units for clients.
Skills
Minimum 2 years of real estate experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and client-focused
Strong English
