• Understand and communicate payment plans, project timelines, master plans, floor layouts, and ROI potential.
• Explain legal processes and documentation involved in off-plan transactions (SPAs, DLD regulations, etc.).

3. Sales & Negotiation

• Present project details effectively and convincingly during in-person meetings, calls, or virtual sessions.
• Negotiate with developers to secure the best terms and units for clients.
