Position Summary:
The Quantity Surveyor – Infrastructure Works is responsible for providing comprehensive cost management and commercial support throughout the lifecycle of infrastructure projects, from design development through construction and closeout. The role focuses on budgeting, cost estimating, cost control, variation management, and financial reporting to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements, approved budgets, and Hill Internationals commercial standards. Working closely with design consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders, the position ensures the accuracy of Bills of Quantities, evaluates variations and claims, and supports effective financial forecasting and decision-making. The Quantity Surveyor also ensures compliance with applicable contracts, including FIDIC provisions, and adheres to Hill Internationals Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health policies to support successful project delivery.
