Job Description

We are constantly growing and are currently looking for Senior QA/QC Manager to join a top qualified and knowledgeable quality controls team of our Oil, Gas and Chemicals Division.

What you will need to do:


  • Reports to the Quality Director and Division Director on overall division's project quality related matters.
  • Manages and coordinates all quality activities, including during the Engineering & Procurement phases of the project and assignment of quality personnel (QC Engineers, QC Inspectors, Document Controllers, and 3rd Party Testing/Inspection Company) to particular activities / work areas on site.
  • Reviews and monitors the application of Company IMS Policies and Procedures applicable to the Quality Department at Project level.  
  • Reviews Contract requirements to determine whether Company IMS documents (plans, procedures, and the like) can be implemented as-is in their entirety, or whether project specific versions are required, and advises the Quality Director and Division Director accordingly.

What you will need to have:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering from a recognized/reputed University.
  • Certified as Lead auditor ISO 9001:2015
  • Good command in Project Quality auditing.
  • Having a total experience of min. 20 years with specific experience as a QA/QC Manager for min. 5 years in the Oil & Gas Projects (Managing QAQC function across Oil and Gas EPC projects with Pipeline, Piping, Tanks, Process Equipment, Structures, Painting & Coating, Insulation).
  • Experience in managing large-scale capital projects by performing regular reviews and critical inspections as and when required.
  • With ADNOC approval as Project Quality Manager

  • Strong Leadership and communication skills
  • Is able to work both independently and as team leader, exercising professional judgment and coordination skills
  • Has excellent organizational skills
