  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field- Proven experience as a Purchase Manager in the catering, hospitality, or food service industry (5-10 years)- Strong negotiation and communication skills- Solid knowledge of supply chain management and inventory control- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software, Microsoft Dynamics 365- CIPS qualification preferred
