Overview of the role:
• The primary focus of the role will be responsible for developing and executing public relations strategies and social media campaigns to enhance brand reputation, and audience engagement. This role involves managing media relations, influencer partnerships, and crisis communication while ensuring brand messaging remains consistent across traditional and digital platforms
What you will do:
• Develop and execute PR strategies, ensuring positive media coverage and brand reputation management.
• Manage social media strategy and content across key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media outlets, and influencers.
• Oversee the creation of compelling, brand-aligned content, including press releases, blog articles, and social media posts.
• Monitor brand perception, handle crisis communication, and ensure brand reputation management.
• Track, analyze, and report on PR and social media performance to optimize engagement strategies
Required Skills to be successful:
1.- Experience in PR, social media, or corporate communications
2.-Strong network of media contacts in UAE, particularly in automotive and lifestyle sectors

About the Team:
• Reporting to the Social Media Marketing Manager and will work closely with internal and external stakeholders
What equips you for the role:
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree or certifications in PR, Social Media Management, or Corporate Communications is a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in PR, social media, or corporate communications, preferably within the automotive, luxury, or lifestyle industries.
• Strong network of media contacts in UAE, particularly in automotive and lifestyle sectors.
• Proven experience managing organic social media strategies, influencer partnerships and crisis communication.
• Expertise in media relations, crisis communication, and influencer marketing.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (BrandWatch, or similar).
• Strong content creation and storytelling skills tailored for PR and organic social media.
• Analytical mindset with experience using social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
• Ability to craft engaging social media narratives and manage online community interactions.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
