About This Role
We are recruiting a Proposals Specialist to join our Sales and Client Segment team in Dubai. In this role, you will be providing operational support to the proposals team by managing timelines, tracking data, and coordinating contributors to ensure submissions meet deadlines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Support proposal timeline management, including coordination of priorities, target dates, and submission milestones
Liaise with contributors, project managers, and stakeholders to gather required information and confirm responsibilities
Prepare and organize proposal documentation and submission packages, including collections of supporting materials
Assist in assembling project details—scope, deliverables, implementation approach, timetable, staffing, and budget—and maintain tracking logs
Proofread and review proposal text, graphics, and presentation materials; coordinate formatting, and final production logistics
Maintain proposal templates, databases, version control, and standards; support the approvals process by scheduling reviews, consolidating feedback, tracking sign-offs, and reporting proposal status
What We're Looking For
UAE National
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Industrial Design, Product Design, Journalism or a related field
Very fresh graduates or about to graduate soon
Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and verbal)
Detail-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in delivering excellent service
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow established procedures
Creativity and innovation in design concepts and execution.
Attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality, visually appealing designs.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with insurance industry terminology and processes
