About the Company
My Holiday Home is a rapidly growing holiday homes management company in the UAE. We currently manage a portfolio of approximately 100 properties and continue to expand our operations, strengthen our team, and grow our property portfolio.
Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a Property Operations Coordinator who will be responsible for onboarding new properties, maintaining property standards, coordinating guest arrivals and departures, conducting property viewings, managing contractors, and ensuring an exceptional experience for both guests and property owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Take over newly acquired properties from owners and coordinate their setup for launch.
- Conduct property viewings for prospective tenants and owners.
- Organize and manage guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Perform property inspections before guest arrivals and after departures.
- Ensure properties are fully prepared and guest-ready at all times.
- Monitor compliance with company standards regarding property quality, furnishing, and equipment.
- Ensure properties meet DTCM requirements and building management regulations.
- Coordinate contractors and monitor the quality of services provided.
- Liaise with cleaning companies, maintenance providers, and other service partners.
- Arrange and oversee minor repairs and the prompt resolution of maintenance issues.
- Collaborate with remote Reservations and Customer Care teams to resolve operational matters efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with building management, security requirements, and internal company procedures.
- Handle urgent and unexpected guest-related situations in a professional manner.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Dubai within Holiday Homes, short-term rental operations, hospitality, or property management.
- Strong understanding of operational processes in the short-term rental industry.
- Experience coordinating contractors and service providers.
- Working proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Russian language skills will be considered an advantage.
- A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Having your own vehicle is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Dubai as part of daily operations.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- High level of responsibility and results-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience managing Holiday Homes properties in the UAE.
- Knowledge of DTCM regulations and building management requirements.
- Experience launching new properties into the short-term rental market.
