As a Property Manager within Driven Asset Management, you will be responsible for responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, timely maintenance resolution, and compliance with tenancy regulations.
Tenant & Lease Management Manage tenant screening, onboarding, and move-in/move-out processes.
Administer lease agreements, renewals, amendments, and related documentation.
Enforce lease terms, property rules, and tenancy obligations.
Manage rent collection, monitor arrears, and implement recovery actions as required.
Oversee security deposit administration, including collection, reconciliation, and refunds.
Conduct market rent reviews and support leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Develop and implement vacancy management initiatives to optimize occupancy levels.
Tenant Relations & Customer Service Maintain positive tenant relationships through responsive and professional customer service.
Address tenant inquiries, service requests, and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Facilitate tenant communications and ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction and retention.
Property Operations & Maintenance Conduct regular property inspections and condition assessments.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure property functionality and safety.
Manage contractors, vendors, and service providers, including performance monitoring and service delivery.
Coordinate utility services and related operational requirements.
Oversee property handovers and takeovers, ensuring compliance with established procedures and documentation requirements.
Coordinate emergency response activities and ensure business continuity measures are in place.
Financial Management & Reporting Assist in the preparation and management of property operating budgets.
Monitor income, expenses, and overall property financial performance.
Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
Prepare periodic financial, operational, and management reports for property owners and stakeholders.
Support cost-control initiatives and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies.
Compliance, Risk & Legal Administration Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Oversee health, safety, environmental, and risk management requirements across managed properties.
Coordinate insurance-related matters, including policy administration and claims support.
Support legal case management, dispute resolution, lease enforcement actions, and eviction proceedings in coordination with legal advisors.
Maintain proper documentation management and record retention practices.
Asset Management & Owner Representation Monitor asset performance and implement strategies to preserve and enhance property value.
Recommend capital improvement projects based on operational needs and asset condition assessments.
Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to property owners and stakeholders.
Protect and promote the owner's interests through effective property management, risk mitigation, and value preservation initiatives.
