Projects Engineer - F&B / Restaurant Fit outs - Dubai

The Project Engineer will report to the Project Manager and support QSR fit-out projects from design and tender stages through construction, completion, and authority approvals

Currently operating over 100+ restaurants across the UAE, KSA, and Jordan, the company is on a strong growth trajectory with plans to more than double its footprint over the next five years.

Description
Timely delivery of projects in line with approved schedules and budgets.Achievement of key project milestones from design through handover.Quality execution with minimal defects and snag-free handovers.Timely submission and approval of required local authority permits.Efficient collection, comparison, and evaluation of quotations.Effective site coordination, progress reporting, and compliance with safety and HSE standards.


Profile

A successful Projects Engineer should have:
A degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.Proven experience in managing construction projects or interior fit outs in F&B projects in UAEStrong knowledge of project management methodologies and toolsFamiliarity with safety and quality standards in construction.Proficiency in relevant software and technology for project management.
