Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage interior fit-out projects from planning and mobilization through to final handover and defects resolution, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to approved quality standards
  • Coordinate across design teams, site engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, joinery production, and clients to maintain project momentum and resolve execution issues
  • Prepare, monitor, and update project schedules, BOQs, material procurement plans, and cost tracking throughout the project lifecycle
  • Supervise site activities daily — monitor progress, ensure work aligns with approved drawings and specifications, and manage labour and subcontractor teams on-site
  • Control project costs including variations, change orders, and budget adherence; track expenditures and flag overruns before they escalate
  • Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance on all sites in line with UAE regulations and client requirements
  • Handle authority approvals and coordination with DDA, Trakhees, DEWA, and municipality bodies (with support from the project coordination team)
  • Conduct regular client meetings, provide progress updates, manage expectations, and address concerns professionally
  • Review and approve material submittals, shop drawings, and technical documentation before installation
  • Manage handover documentation, snagging, and post-handover defect resolution
