UAE Main Contractors.
You will have a strength in Mixed Use, Shopping Malls & High-Rise Towers.
This specific project is a Major Shopping Mall worth 2 Billion AED. Our client is seeking someone with Strategic Leadership experience. Able to foresee challenges and capable to adapt to the given circumstances.With such a major Shopping Mall , you will understanding the phased openings, tenant coordination, high end finishes plus the integration facilities such as cinemas, restaurants & indoor theme facilities. As the
Project Director based on site you will handle all aspects from:
- Program & Delivery
- Commercial & Contractual performance
- Risk & Compliance
- Communication up and downstream
You will drive the team ensuring the mood and culture is positive. Can you empower and develop those around you for the future. With the track record of delivery we are looking for someone to really add value here. You won't just relay problems but have the solutions needed to give to the Management Team in Head Office.
You will have a dotted line into the Operations Manager & General Manager due to the importance of this project and the stakeholders involved.
For the
right person the client are working with the following
- Lump Sum AED Monthly package of 65-90,000 AED Per Month
- Family Flights, Visas & Medical
- Annual Bonus - Discretionary
