The Production Coordinator will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and coordinating day-to-day production activities to ensure timely project execution and operational efficiency. The role requires strong organizational capability, cross-functional coordination skills, and the ability to manage schedules, materials, and documentation effectively.
The ideal candidate will act as a central point of coordination between production teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and project management to ensure smooth workflow, quality compliance, and on-time delivery.
Coordinate daily production operations and ensure adherence to approved schedules.
Monitor production progress and update management on status, milestones, and deliverables.
Track fabrication timelines, installation readiness, and shipment schedules.
Assist in preparing and maintaining production schedules and resource allocation plans.
Follow up on material procurement, vendor deliveries, and subcontractor timelines.
Track inventory levels and ensure availability of required materials.
Coordinate logistics activities to avoid project delays.
Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders, delivery notes, and approvals.
Ensure all production documents including drawings, BOQs, technical approvals, and revisions are up to date.
Maintain accurate records of production progress and correspondences.
Prepare periodic production reports and performance summaries.
Support document control processes as per company standards.
Ensure production activities comply with approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with quality control teams for inspections and approvals.
Identify potential risks or bottlenecks and escalate issues proactively.
Support implementation of safety and quality standards in production processes.
Assist in planning installation schedules and site readiness activities.
Coordinate with site teams to ensure smooth handover from fabrication to installation.
Monitor completion milestones and ensure project timelines are maintained.
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Production, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
2–5 years of experience in production coordination, project coordination, or similar operational roles.
Sound understanding of production workflows and project lifecycle.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong time-management and scheduling capability.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
