The main responsibility of this role will be to monitor daily production quantities, track performance, and work on improving efficiency, quality, and material utilization across all activities in this area.
This position is critical to controlling production output, reducing losses, and supporting continuous improvement on the shop floor.
The candidate should have experience in a manufacturing or timber production environment, with skills in production monitoring, basic data analysis, and process improvement.
A technical diploma or degree (Industrial, Production, Mechanical, or related field) is preferred, with relevant practical experience considered an advantage.
