Lead strategic sourcing and procurement for materials including ballistic components, automotive systems and OEM chassis partsReview engineering drawings and Bills of Materials to ensure accuracy in planning and orderingOversee procurement for manufacturing and trading activities while ensuring defence sector complianceIdentify, qualify and manage international suppliers with a strong focus on China based vendorsDrive supplier performance through OTIF monitoring, development initiatives and corrective action processesCollaborate with Production, Engineering, Logistics and Finance to maintain seamless supply and production readiness


Profile
Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in defence, armoured vehicles, heavy machinery or industrial manufacturingBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related fieldStrong negotiation skills with solid understanding of TCO and international supplier marketsERP experience and professional certifications such as CIPS or CSCP preferredStrong communication skills with ability to influence cross functional stakeholders
